Our Governance

The Dutch Masters Foundation is a London based charity, registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales (no 1140360) and a company limited by guarantee without a share capital, registered in the United Kingdom (no 07469528).

Mission

To support the advancement of the arts in the Netherlands, and throughout the world, by encouraging excellence and growth in the sector.  

Our Trustees

Sabine Taal (Chair)

Sabine has a professional background in arts and communication. When moving to London in 2017, DMF welcomed her in a community which combines her passion for the arts and commitment to support emerging artists in the world. She became a Trustee in 2021.

Guy America

Guy has worked in the financial sector since his arrival in London 29 years ago and has supported DMF since 2012. He became a trustee in 2021 and is the nominated trustee for Nederlands Dans Theater. 

Cécile Brenninkmeijer

 Cécile has been a DMF donor for over 10 years and is a strong supporter of the Dutch Arts. She will bring with her expertise in supporting the DMF with its exciting agenda of events 

Tjalling Halbertsma

Tjalling works in the financial sector, is a long-term London resident and has supported DMF since its foundation in 2011. He became a Trustee in 2021  and is the nominated trustee for the Mauritshuis. 

Daan Knottenbelt

Daan works in the financial sector and has lived in London for more than 20 years. He has a passion for classical music and has been a DMF supporter since 2012. Daan takes the lead on our Young Donor Programme. 

Igno van Waesberghe

 Igno has worked in the financial services sector in London for over 20 years. He takes a keen interest in ensuring that our activities reflect the strong bonds that exist between arts in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. 

Bartjan Zoetmulder

Bartjan is a partner at the law firm Loyens & Loeff and currently heads up their London office. He has been a liaison to the RCO via his firm for many years and is excited to have taken on the role as nominated Trustee for RCO. He is a passionate art lover, with a preference for contemporary art and music concerts.
